Winning race cars get lots of attention and everybody wants in on it.
And it wasn't just Chevrolet that knew the value of branding a racer (and Budweiser, of course). Many manufacturers of automotive components featured in the DeAtley Camaro wanted in on the publicity. They wanted everyone to know that they were a race-proven product of speed and reliability.
Even the race tracks featured the DeAtley Camaros on their race posters, programs, and adverstisements.
